Purpose: Setting the wimpfont and tiling options on RISC OS 3.1

 When Acorn introduced the Nested Wimp (WindowManager 3.98) for
older machines in 1997-98, that OS gained for the first time
some of the abilities of the more modern WindowManagers used
in later OS versions, such as a anti aliased desktop font and
the ability to tile a sprite in the window background. However
the Universal/Clan !Boot structure didn't come with any programs
to configure them and the !Configure app which was built into
ROM had no idea about these options.

 This application provides a simple wimp based method of
configuring these new features.

 The BASIC source for this program is licensed under the
GNU General Public License.
